Set in the wild landscape of Dartmoor, this retreat brings together adventure, myth and mindfulness. Join us for cold water swims, hiking, flora ID, storytelling and mindfulness activities, weaved around the modern myth of the local Dragons back mountain, which is right on our doorstep. We will invite you to reflect on the way you meet challenges, as the beginning of the year unfolds, as well as how we connect with ourselves, each other, and nature.
